1. Morning of October 1st, you must be clean shaven
2. You must grow a full beard, which includes the mustache
3. You cannot shave until November 1st, with the following exceptions:
- You can shave your neck to, but no higher than the jaw line
- You can shave your cheeks, but no lower than the cheek bones
- You can trim your beard and mustache
